I am a personal trainer and yoga teacher who is passionate about helping people feel more at home in their bodies. People are unique and their approach to wellness should be too. Some clients need help with their mindset and consistency, for others it’s getting some support and a programme they are confident to follow, some need guidance when it comes to nutrition and for most it’s a combination of all of these and more.
My experience over the last two decades working in the fitness industry both in the UK and in Hong Kong has given me invaluable insight into what works and what doesn’t. Let’s work together to get you on a path to a happier, stronger and healthier you!

Based on my years of working with clients, I have developed a 6 week on-line “Introduction to Mobility” Programme. Each week, through videos & other materials, I share with you the key full body mobility moves safely and progressively.

INTRO TO WEIGHT TRAINING
Join me for 6 weekly online classes covering how to correctly execute lunges, squats, deadlifts, presses, pulls and twists. We will explore variations of each exercise to help you find a version that works for you.
